Macarons by Le Melange are one of the best I have had in Delhi. They are big and come in various, incredible flavors like raspberry and dark chocolate, blueberry and cream cheese. They are aptly priced if you compare them with what the market offers.
We have ordered twice and delivery is seamless, timely, and hassle-free. We also ordered mince pies and a Christmas cake in winter which were again one of the most authentic.
The service was great. Really enjoyed the macaroons and the use of seasonal and fresh produce in the preparations!

Chef Anjira is a professionally trained Baker, who is seasoned with experience in the field. A magical fairy in the kitchen- one who would make every culinary dream a reality. A must try is her take on the fusion between Indian and western goods, for example, her delectable Pistachio and Rose tea cake.

Additionally, we have a deep appreciation for traditional Indian sweets, drawing inspiration from homestyle recipes passed down by Chef Anjira Mehta’s grandma ( Nani).

Chef Anjira Mehta, the creative force behind Le Mélange Patisserie, is a hospitality graduate from WGSHA, Manipal University, with formal training from Le Cordon Bleu, Paris.
She honed her skills in the pastry kitchens of renowned establishments like L’éclair de Genie in Paris and L’Opéra in New Delhi.
